Ingredients |
- 2 tablespoons fermented anchovy sauce or
paste
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 teaspoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons crushed
pineapple
- 1/4 stalk lemongrass, finely
chopped
- 1 red chili, finely chopped 1 clove
garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- pinch of pepper

Combine
all the ingredients and stir well. Season to taste
with pepper and sugar.
